A little greek yogurt, some nuts, etc..

The carbs turn to sugar instantly (you know this alread, I know) and when we sleep it goes even faster and it turns to fffffaaaaatttt.... Your body is building muscle when we go into deep sleep so a little protein to help it along is ok!

**I'm not that smart... this is all from Lisa, the Super Coach!!**

I'll go and read your blog right now...Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05249357944184963398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4178230693870750162.post-844495355992015372011-11-01T19:52:57.133-07:002011-11-01T19:52:57.133-07:00I'm writing down everything you say now Anne, ...I'm writing down everything you say now Anne, LOL! Kale, Kombucha, Evoo, kettle bells, roasted pecans... YUM! I have one of my own - raw almonds, kept in the freezer! SUPER crunch! Oh, and raw, fresh mushrooms and sugar snap peas barely dipped in roasted garlic hummus - my fave snack this week!

I posted the link for my l-o-n-g blog post in the comments under your apple crisp recipe...it's way too long to copy/paste all the stuff I wrote here. You can let me know if you get a chance to read it, and what you think...! :o)

Thanks for the extra motivation tonight! Getting hungry at 10:00 p.m., ugh! Gotta hit the hay to avoid the fridge. LOLKristin Grossnoreply@blogger.com
